On November 1, 2005, Soar Higher 2005 debuted as Northwest Arkansas’ premiere leadership
and professional development conference. It
featured three general sessions with presentations by compelling business
speakers and eight skill-builder sessions presented by professional speakers
and experts who provided ideas and guidance for addressing today’s business issues.

Networking Power Lunch
In 2006, we introduced a fast-paced, energetic breakfast or lunch
program that features a professional speaker who delivers a keynote address
that will educate the audience on topics such as networking, sales, and
marketing. followed by a session of speed networking. Wow! In 2007, we

Conference
This full-day conference provides important training focused on the needs
of small business owners. We introduced the first one to Northwest Arkansas
on July 11, 2006.
